Focusing on the absurdity of the celebrity status, the solace we seek in being voyeurs and the ways in which we seek calm. Disillusioned by desires of adoration, the idea of the celebrity is idolised. A social model fabricated from fundamental and unavoidable human needs of adoration.

Reflecting on ideas of social labour and speculation; we see Kim Kardashian post sex tape and pre Kanye, trying to establish herself as a global being. ‘Celebrities exist to act out various styles of living and viewing society.
